Is khinkali made with pork?
Often yes, the classic filling is a pork and beef mix. Ask for the beef, veal, or lamb version, or eat at a halal kitchen such as Leila's, which uses only halal beef.
Does mtsvadi (Georgian barbecue) have pork?
Most commonly yes, pork is the traditional cut. Ask for veal, beef, or lamb, which every grill can prepare.
Is churchkhela alcoholic?
No. It is made from nuts and thickened grape juice with no alcohol, the grape link is to the harvest, not to wine.
Can vegetarians eat well in Tbilisi?
