Help & FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about TastePass itineraries.

How do you make sure the restaurants are real and good?

Every venue is checked as a real, currently-open place through Google Places before it goes in your plan, no AI-invented or permanently-closed spots. On top of that, the founder personally curates the shortlist for each city, and we show you real venue photos and a Google Maps link for each one. We make no dietary claims, if you follow a specific diet, confirm the details directly with the venue.

What if I'm not satisfied with my itinerary?

You're covered by a 30-day refund. If you haven't downloaded your itinerary, it's a full refund, no questions asked; after download, we review case by case. Full details are on our Refund Policy page. We'd rather give you your money back than keep an unhappy customer's.

Can I share my itinerary with my travel companion?

Yes, your itinerary is delivered as a premium PDF, one for each city on a multi-city trip, that you can open on any device and share with whoever you're traveling with. Every place opens straight in Google Maps.

How long can my trip be?

Each itinerary covers up to 10 days per city, the depth sweet spot for a premium plan. Every city in your pass gets its own full day-by-day plan, so a 3-Destination Pass can cover up to 30 days of travel across three cities.

What cities are launching?

8 cities are live today: Cairo, Rome, Istanbul, Trabzon, Salalah, London, Marrakech, Hanoi, you can build any of them right now, separately or as one multi-city pass. The next cities are chosen by traveler demand: tap "Notify me" on any city in the destinations section and your signup counts as a vote. On the candidate list: Petra / Amman, Tbilisi, Batumi, Baku, Sarajevo, Kuala Lumpur, Phuket, Tokyo, Langkawi, alongside Dubai, Paris, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Athens, Riyadh, Bangkok.

How is my payment information secured?

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is PCI-DSS compliant and handles checkout, billing, and your card data, your full card details never touch our servers. Transactions use TLS encryption, and EU customers go through Strong Customer Authentication (3D Secure) automatically.
