Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your itinerary. Because our itineraries are digital products, the following refund terms apply.

30-day refunds

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided you have not yet downloaded the delivered itinerary PDF. If you have not downloaded the file, your refund will be granted — no questions asked.

After you download

Once you have downloaded the itinerary PDF, you have received the digital product in full. After download, refunds are granted at our discretion — for example, if the itinerary was not delivered as described or contains a clear error on our part. Where a refund is not warranted, we may offer account credit as a goodwill alternative.

How refunds are processed

All payments are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle, so all refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Paddle. Refunds are typically returned within a few business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@tastepass.co with your order number (from your Paddle receipt) and a brief note. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Service. It does not limit any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
